Kimberley is the capital city of South Africa's Northern Cape province. The Solomon Edwardian Guest House is located 2km to the east of the city centre, nestled between the historic suburbs of Beaconsfield, Herlear, Klisserville and Belgravia. We provide high quality accommodation to tourists and business people alike. There are restaurants and cafe's within easy walking distance of The Solomon.

Physical address: 1 Solomon Street, Beaconsfield, Kimberley 8301, South Africa
Latitude: -28°45"7.57' (-28.752104). Longitude: 24°46"44.46' (24.779018)

The main house was built in 1910 and has been tastefully converted into four  guest rooms with dining facilities.  Six self-catering rooms have been added in the same Edwardian style. All rooms are furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings, including queen-size beds, en-suite bathroom, air-con, satellite television and free WiFi. There are rooms for one, two, three and four guests.

There is plenty of secure car parking and the property is surrounded by high walls with electric security fencing. Enjoy peaceful sitting areas to eat and drink in the shaded Fountain Garden and the Bullnose Stoep. There are braai
stands (BBQ) for your use, a dipping pool in the summer months, and a rustic jungle gym for children to play safely.
